Amazon Business has reached $60 billion in annualized gross sales, the company has announced.

So far in 2026, the company said, more than 1.8 million organizations have joined Amazon Business. It said it now serves 11 million businesses worldwide across 11 countries.

In 2025, Amazon Business-specific discounts saved organizations more than $1 billion worldwide, according to the company. Also in 2025, Amazon’s Prime Business members saved more than $880 million in shipping fees globally.

Amazon Business said it has increased its selection by about 30% across its markets so far this year. It noted expansion in fresh groceries, repair tools and office furniture.

Amazon Business launched in the U.S. in 2015. The company said it now serves 97 of the Fortune 100 companies, as well as “hundreds of thousands” of small-business customers.

“Organizations of all sizes trust Amazon Business for vast selection, everyday value, and fast, reliable delivery — and that trust is reflected in our continued growth,” said Shelley Salomon, worldwide vice president of Amazon Business, in a statement. “As organizations look to do more with less, we’re inventing new ways to help them save time and money — and reinvest in growing their business.”

How Amazon Business has grown sales in 2026

Amazon Business named specific clients using its marketplace, including Carnival Corporation, Citi, Marriott International and United Service Organizations.

Scott Thompson, vice president of logistics for North America at Carnival Corporation, noted a use case for Amazon Business at his company.

“Amazon Business has made it easier for our teams to get what they need, when they need it,” Thompson said in a statement. “Procurement tasks that used to take hours — searching across vendors, routing approvals, reordering supplies — can now be done in minutes. It’s a better experience for our team members, and we’re looking forward to building on that with Amazon Business as we find new ways to improve how we work.”

Amazon Business said organizations seek an experience that offers the ease of shopping at home, but for work. It said it has built an offering enabling that experience. Specifically, it credited five initiatives:

  1. Launching artificial intelligence (AI) tools to help discover saving opportunities.
  2. Expanding its selection for Amazon Business customers by using a network of millions of sellers.
  3. Offering business-only prices, discounts by quantity and “everyday low prices.”
  4. Deploying fleets of delivery trucks specifically for business deliveries.
  5. Adding benefits for Prime Business members.

Amazon Business said its customers have access to “hundreds of millions of products worldwide.” It also said it leverages Amazon’s fulfillment network. In 2025, Amazon Business used that network to deliver more than 500 million deliveries worldwide, according to the company.

It said it’s now investing further into deliveries it has specifically designed for companies. In 13 states across the U.S., Amazon Business has begun to roll out branded delivery trucks for companies. It said these trucks offer scheduled delivery windows, palletized bulk and parcel delivery, as well as consolidated drop-offs.

How is Amazon Business using AI?

Amazon Business said it is using AI tools to create a “personalized, intuitive experience” for its customers. It said its Amazon Business Assistant can answer questions in real time. The assistant can offer account support as well as suggestions on how to buy more efficiently based on past purchases, according to Amazon Business.

Amazon Business also said its Savings Insights tool suggests ways businesses can save money. It analyzes their spending and suggests options including bulk discounts or repeat ordering, according to the company. Meanwhile, its Spend Anomaly Monitoring tool sends alerts when a team’s “purchases look unusual.” That helps to catch mistakes or prevent overspending, according to the company.

In June, the company launched Amazon Quick as a Prime Business benefit. Amazon Business said the tool gives its loyalty members “discounted access to the personal AI assistant changing how people work. Quick connects to the tools and data people already use for work, learns what matters, and takes personalized actions, like scheduling meetings, building deliverables, and creating dashboards.”

It said it has built Quick on Amazon Web Services’ (AWS’) enterprise security and governance.
